The system consists of robotic camera for identifying debris, blockages, roots, sediments etc, and displays on the monitor, the same data can be extracted and reported for reference.
Sewer Croc is Robotic and Robust cutting system developed to disintegrate and flush out the blockages in the sewer line. This is designed to make use of water jet from jetting machine to spin the turbine at a very high speed and cut the roos and other blockages and sediments. The six rows of Teflon wheels are aligned with variable stiffiness springs to enable to flex (Expand and Contract) to suit the size of the sewer and the same would prevent damaging the sewer lines. The turbine is positioned at the center with cutting blades which are centrally positioned at any time of the operation. Depending on the size of the sewer line and depth of sedimentation, the sewer croc is designed to suit different sizes of sewer pipeline.
